Role: Branch Manager
Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities both through Direct Sales Team and Indirect Sales Team.
Conduct Quarterly Target Retirement Planning activity for all team members territories and functions (Direct Sales & Indirect Sales)
Branch level Execution
Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of Digital Transformation in identified areas.
Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the solution/product/ services as per their needs. Ensuring team also practices similar approach.
Owning identification and appointment of Distributors/ Franchisees in consultation with Sales Leadership in a way that branchs indirect sales targets are met.
Helping team members manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a profitable deal
Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients. Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients to increase customer satisfaction and avoid refunds.
Oversee branch financial and P&L management across both Direct Sales & Indirect Sales
Achieve the profitability goals/objectives of the branch through controlled operating expenses.
Manage the branch honestly, follow high ethical standards, and comply with all processes.
Accurate forecasting and orchestrating sales activity to ensure deal closures matching the sales targets.
Ensure productivity of team members through desired number of meetings, adequate pipeline generation (3X-5X) across 2 or more quarters, balanced pipeline conversion, product knowledge, etc.
Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence. Ensuring accuracy in maintaining record of all sales interactions in CRM and other tools.
Ensuring adherence to operational requirements like accuracy in filling Sales Closure Form (SCF), gathering complete Know Your Customer (KYC) information, etc.
Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each team member.
Take on the responsibility for the orientation of all new employees.
Maintaining Employee satisfaction by creating a congenial work environment through continuous feedback mechanism.
Foster teamwork and ensure collaboration in the workplace by working with all stakeholders beyond workgroup.
